    What can I do in My Account Dashboard?

    My Account 

    Dashboard
              
              View and edit your Account info, Address Book, 
    and Recent orders.

    Shopping

    Order History
    View order history and see the date, total, who ordered, and status.

    Shopping Carts
    Name your shopping carts and come back to them later 
    that day

    Note: Shopping Carts, even if they are named, are deleted from the system if they have not been updated recently.

    Find all of your contract pricing. 
    Contact your Sales Representative to add more items to the list.

    Product Lists
     
    NEW
    Create your own lists. Categorize items into several product lists. This is an indispensable feature which allows you
     tohave several lists such as departments, people, machines, or whatever you chose. Create lists to organize into more manageable categories.

    Favorites 
    NEW
    Make a list of your favorite products to easily reorder and save time.
    Add products to your Favorites list from your Wishlist, Contract list, or any Product List you create. You can also add products by SKU.

    Wishlist 

    Add products to your Wishlist that you would like to review with coworkers, or to get contract pricing.

    Add and Edit your default Bill-To and Ship-To addresses. Add as many different addresses as needed for delivery and billing.

  2. Online Ordering Instructions

    ONLINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

    ACCOUNT SIGN IN

    1.      Enter E-mail Address:

    2.      Enter Password:
         (Both are case sensitive)

    3.      You are now logged in to your account!

    MY ACCOUNT MENU

    From the My Account Menu

    1.      Select Favorites to add your favorite items.

    2.      Select Contract for your contract pricing.

    3.      Create Product Lists or categorize items into several product lists. New

    Contact your sales representative if your Contract Pricing needs to be uploaded to your account.


    SEARCH

    Choose Search the Site to search from over 120,000 items.

    1.      Possible searches include: Keyword, part number, prefix, or manufacturer.

    2.      Choose from the predictive dropdown choices or click Search.

    3.      Browse the Categories or Contract Pricing to choose the item you wish to order.

    4.      Enter a quantity and click the Add to Cart button.



    SHOPPING CART

    From the Shopping Cart Screen

    1.      You can edit the item quantity, continue shopping, add a comment per item, apply a coupon code, and proceed to check out.

    2.      If you make any changes click 

    3.      Then click the Secure Checkout Button. 



    CHECK OUT

    1.      Verify your Shipping Address. You can enter it in or select one from your Address book.

    2.      Verify Shipping Cost

    3.      Verify your Billing Address

    4.      Select Payment Option

    5.      Enter your P.O. number if you have one

    6.      Enter Gift Certificate Number and click Add Gift Certificate

    7.      Review & Place Order 
    Review your order and ensure that it is correct. Add Special Instructions.

    8.      Accept Terms & Conditions

    9.      Click Place Order Button 

    10.    SUCCESS!

    You have successfully submitted an order to United Imaging. Once we have processed the order you will receive an order confirmation email.

    Please print the order confirmation for your records.
