Paddle-style grips allow the user to insert the pods quickly, cleanly and consistently, so the plug tips and the user's ears stay clean, even when the user's fingers or gloves aren't. Advanced, "no-roll", slow-recovery foam compresses to fit the ear canal, no rolling required; and as the foam recovers to full size, the plugs comfortably, snugly and securely seat themselves in place.
