Our Mission

The Mission of United Imaging is to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction

The sale of the goods covered by this invoice is subject to all terms and conditions printed on both sides of this invoice. If notification is not given to United Imaging within five (5) days after receipt of this invoice or if delivery is accepted on any part of the goods covered by this invoice, it is understood that the terms and conditions herein are satisfactory to and are accepted by the purchaser. Unless United Imaging specifically and in writing agrees, purchase orders, confirmation memorandum, or other writing may not vary the terms of this invoice. United Imaging reserves the right to update prices, product specifications, and policies at anytime without notice.

SHIPPING POLICY

All in stock orders received by United Imaging prior to 4:30 pm Pacific Time will be shipped that day, and will be received by the customer within one (1) to three (3) business days (special exceptions may apply).

RETURNS POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, United Imaging offers immediate exchange or credit. Please review the following for complete return policy information. All returns require prior authorization. Please contact your sales representative or the United Imaging customer service department at 800-999-0159 to obtain authorization. To ensure proper processing of your return, please provide the following information:

A) Your Account Number

B) Invoice Number

C) Manufacturer Part Number Or United Imaging Part Number

D) Quantity To Be Returned

E) Reason For Return

Returns must be requested within 30 days of original invoice date. Returns must be received within 10 days of authorization. Any product returned without prior authorization will be refused.

All returned product must be shipped in protective outer boxing. Please write your company name and include the total number of cartons on the outer boxing. Goods must be returned in salable condition to receive credit. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Credit can only be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods.

Returns and refused deliveries due to customer ordering error may be subject to a restocking fee.

WARRANTIES

All United Imaging products are sold with their respective manufacturers’ warranties. As noted above, all exchanges and returns within 30 days are processed by United Imaging, Thereafter, all exchange and return responsibilities rest with the respective manufacturer. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

The sale of the goods purchased in this invoice is made on the express understanding that there is no implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The purchaser acknowledges that they are not relying on United Imaging’s skill or judgment to select or furnish goods suitable for any particular purpose and that there are no warranties that extend beyond those set forth on the product packaging, jf any.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

United Imaging’s liability for breach of or arising out of this invoice and the sale of the goods hereunder shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods. In no event shall United Imaging be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, or other damages (including without limitation loss of profit), whether or not United Imaging has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

1) Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, payment for the goods covered by this invoice shall be made no later than thirty (30) days following the date of this invoice. In the event that payment is not made within 30 days or any other agreed upon terms, purchaser agrees to pay interest at the legal rate until the balance is paid in full.

2) United Imaging retains a purchase money security interest in the delivered goods until they receive payment in full. United Imaging in its sole discretion may require payment in advance or cash on delivery for goods.

3) Other than sales taxes charged herein and paid for by purchaser, purchaser shall be responsible for all sales, use, and other taxes in connection with the goods covered by this invoice.

4) This invoice and the contract arising there from shall be construed according to the laws of the State of California. Any and all disputes including small claims issues arising from this invoice shall be litigated in Los Angeles, California.

5) United Imaging shall be entitled to any and all collection costs and/or attorney’s fees incurred in the collection of this invoice and/or any disputes that arise there from.

GENERAL

The obligations of the purchaser under this invoice are not assignable without written consent of United Imaging.

Claims of late delivery are barred unless made prior to receipt of any goods, and the receipt of any goods shall constitute a waiver of any claim that the goods were delivered late.

United Imaging. (including our affiliates and subsidiaries – United Interiors) sincerely appreciates your trust and confidence in our goods and services. The privacy and security of the information collected from you is a priority to us. It is equally important to us that you understand how we handle that information.

By accessing, browsing or using this website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to all of the terms of this Privacy Policy, as outlined below and as it may be modified by us from time to time without prior notice. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not browse or use this website.

COLLECTION INFORMATION

The information we collect depends upon your relationship with us and what you do when visiting our website. We collect information on visitors to our website and actual and potential employees, employee family members, customers, vendors, contractors, and others having an actual or potential relationship with United Interiors. For visitors to our website, we may require you to provide specific information about yourself when you engage in certain activities. Such information will generally include your name, User ID, phone number, e-mail address, mailing and/or billing address, and credit card related information. Although it is optional for you to disclose the requested information, you must do so in order to engage in certain activities on our website or maintain a relationship with us. Anyone sending unsolicited information to United Interiors by any means explicitly consents to storage, destruction, processing, disclosure, and/or any other use by United Interiors or any other party of the unsolicited information.

We may also acquire certain information about you from a “cookie” and from your IP/Internet address. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your web browser on your compute’s hard drive. Our cookies and your IP/Internet address do not contain any information that identifies you personally, but they do allow us to serve you faster and with better quality. Use of the information we collect. We may use your information as follows:

Legal requests and investigations “ We may disclose any information about you when, in our opinion, such disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud or to comply with any statute, law, rule or regulation of any governmental authority or any order of any court of competent jurisdiction.

We Do NOT Diclose to Third-party service providers. We may, from time to time, outsource some or all of the operations of our business to third party service providers. In such cases, it will be necessary for us to disclose your information to those service providers. In some cases, the service providers may collect information directly from you on our behalf. We restrict how such service providers may access, use and disclose your information.

Agents. We do not employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from user lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, providing customer service, processing employee compensation, providing employee benefits, and performing legal or other professional services.These agents have access to your information needed to perform their functions, but they may not use it for other purposes.

Protection of United Imaging, United Interiors and Others: We release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our policies and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of United Interiors, our customers and employees, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from people for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Updating your personal information.

You must immediately update your personal information when and if it changes so that we can maintain accurate information about you. Although you may change your information on our website, we may maintain such prior information about you. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your historical information will be removed from our databases at the time you notify us of changes.

Security of your personal information.

We employ reasonable Internet security measures and technologies, such as password protection, encryption, physical locks, etc., to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information. However, you should be aware that no data transmission can be 100% guaranteed, and our security measures do not protect your information once it leaves our web server control.

Also, since our website may provide links to third-party sites that we do not control, we assume no responsibility whatsoever with respect to those sites. You should read and accept the privacy policies of all such sites before accessing them.

Parents and children

Minors are not eligible to use our services.

If you are a parent or guardian, please make every effort to guard your children’s privacy. If you are a minor, please do not send us any information about yourself whatsoever.

EU/USA Safe Harbor

No personal information from the European Union and/or on EU citizens will be collected by us or stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which United Interiors or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. United Interiors abides by the privacy principles of the Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union. If you believe your privacy may have been violated based on the principles set forth in the Safe Harbor framework, please contact us at webadmin@unitedimaging.com and provide a description of the possible violation. United Interiors will investigate and attempt to resolve any such possible violation. If you do not find the proposed solution satisfactory, United Interiors will resolve the dispute under the enforcement principle of the Safe Harbor framework through the American Arbitration Association, our selected third-party dispute mechanism, or the EU Data Protection Agency for EU human resource data.

Notice

All notices required or permitted under this Privacy Policy shall be in writing, shall reference this Privacy Policy and shall be deemed given upon receipt when sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid or commercial overnight carrier, with written verification of receipt. All communications shall be sent to the address set forth below or to such other address as may be designated by United Interiors by providing notice through disclosure in this Privacy Policy.
